The EIELP is an initiative that was developed by organisations with Elevate Reconciliation Action Plans, and Reconciliation Australia. The Program, which was piloted in 2017, focusses on developing executive-ready Indigenous future leaders and is delivered by the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
The EIELP is designed to provide executive level leadership development to high performing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander managers. Participants are typically in established management roles and may have been identified as possessing senior level potential.
As an Elevate RAP organisation, the KGI through the Richmond Football Club, has played an important role in supporting the development and delivery of this Program.
